Somnium Labs Warranty

We stand behind the build quality of every Somnium Labs product.

Coverage

• Electronics (Aurora Smart Sleep Mask, Halo Sunrise Alarm, Drift Sound Therapy Device, Somnium Ring): 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from date of delivery.
• Bedding & textiles (Cirrus Cooling Pillow, Weightless Gravity Blanket, Eclipse Silk Sleep Set, Serenity Mattress Topper): 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects such as seam failure or foam that fails to hold shape under normal use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or cosmetic changes that don't affect function.

How to Make a Claim

Email support@elenillc.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. We'll review your claim within 3–5 business days and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
